About US

Lawyers Realty Group is an attorney owned and operated full-service real estate brokerage doing business in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Helping people buy and sell houses? Yeah, that is what we do. Condos, land, and waterfront???…..Yes, Yes, and Yes.

But you are lawyers too? Now you are getting it.

why choose us?

  • First, we are better qualified than the big-box brokerages. Who better to assist you than an experienced real estate lawyer? Finding the perfect house isn’t as hard as it used to be because all of the listings are on the internet (seriously, all the search sites have the same listings). We excel at the nuts and bolts (think: contracts, negotiations, financing) of helping you land the home you want.

Third…..well, keep reading this website and Blog.  There are lots of reasons why Lawyers Realty Group might be the perfect brokerage for you.  We think you will agree.

  • Second, we strive to help people make good decisions. We pride ourselves on being a considerate participant in a personal transaction. Loans, bedrooms, views, baths, commute, school, jobs, kids, parking, taxes, MONEY,… (stressed yet?). We take all of these things in consideration to help you make the best decision to improve the quality of your life.

  • A Washington, D.C. native (yes, actually born in the District), Cullen attended Gonzaga College High School (Washington, D.C.), where he was a First Team All-WCAC baseball player and a USA Today All-State selection (which is weird because DC isn’t a state). He received his B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South (Sewanee, Tennessee), where he was a three time All-SCAC and Regional All-American baseball player. In 2013, he was elected to the Sewanee Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his law degree from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law (Washington, DC), where he played lots of pick-up basketball when not studying. He currently resides in the Historic District of Capitol Hill with his family.
